Firm Gentle Support...

We all need some support at times, someone to reach out to, to listen, and to understand without any  judgement.

Soon after Ashwhin was opened in ’99, I began to have clients for reiki and reflexology who needed more, they needed someone to listen, to help them through difficult times, someone who could ask questions that made them think –  about themselves, where they  were, and where they wanted to be. At the time I was interested in life coaching, and counseling and connecting with spirit so I fused the three together, calling the therapy Enabling.

The support I offer now has continued to grow from this time, counselor and coach tend to look on the outside. Psychosynthesis was the door inside leading into, dreams and plans for future, my recent path is based on ancient wisdom, on inner truths, on what is real, beneath the plastic, hidden in the dark below the fears, the doubts, the uncertainty of our paradigm

My favourite subject was and still is  psychosynthesis – the first theory in the west to recognise that we are more than body, mind and heart, but also connected to spirit & soul. Soon after I opened Ashwhin, I was asked for help and advice.

Enabling, the name I gave to my role as listener, counselor, coach and friend is a unique combination of Life Coaching, Counseling, and all the many wonderful ways wise people have discovered or created to help us explore ourselves, flourish, grow into the best each of us can be.

For me support has always come from my four-footed friends, as well of course my two footed friends and chosen family. The support I offer now has continued to grow from this time, counselor and coach tend to look on the outside. Psychosynthesis was the door to the inside leading to, dreams and plans for future. My recent path is based on ancient wisdom, on inner truths, on what is real, beneath the plastic, hidden in the dark below the fears, the doubts, the uncertainty of our paradigm

Kind words...

I came to close one chapter and start another, to take time to pause and reflect and to set myself up for the next phase in my journey. I have done all this and more. I have learned more in four days that I thought possible, my horizons are broadened, my spirit is strengthened and my soul re-connected. With much love and thanks.
